The 82-year-old Cosby is about two years into a sentence of three to 10 years for aggravated indecent assault at SCI Phoenix in Montgomery County.

The high court said it will take a look at two aspects of Cosby’s 2018 trial.
The first is so-called “prior bad acts,” the judge’s decision to allow five other accusers to testify.
The court will also look at whether there was an agreement in place from a previous district attorney that Cosby would never be prosecuted if he agreed to sit for a deposition in the civil case.
However, the court refused a request to review whether a juror pre-judged the case based on comments he was alleged to have made to other jurors.
Former Montgomery County DA Bruce Castor claims that agreement, in his words, made accuser Andrea Constand a rich woman, because it prevented Cosby from invoking his constitutional right to remain silent.
Prosecutors argue there is no record of any agreement because it never existed.
DA Kevin Steele's office released a statement on Tuesday, saying in part, "The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has narrowed the issues on appeal .... We look forward to briefing and arguing these issues and remain confident in the Trial Court and Superior Court’s previous decisions."
Cosby asked the state Supreme Court to take up his appeal when he lost in Superior Court.
In April 2018, the entertainer was convicted of drugging and molesting Constand at his Elkins Park home in 2004. He was sent to prison in September 2018.
Cosby’s spokesman says they are grateful to the court for agreeing to the review.
