The Carolina Panthers canceled their Saturday morning practice so the team could meet and discuss racial and social justice issues, a team spokesman said.
Head coach Matt Rhule and a handful of players spoke throughout the week stating that the team wanted to do something "impactful" relating to social justice.
Saturday was an opportunity for the team to discuss those ideas. A team spokesman said no more updates will be given for the rest of the day.
