Rayquan Borum Convicted in Murder of Justin Carr from the 2016 Charlotte Protests

Rayquan Borum has been convicted of second-degree murder in the killing of Justin Carr during the protests in 2016 of the police shooting and killing of Keith Lamont Scott. 

Twenty-Six-year-old Justin Carr was killed during the second night of the protests in September of that same year.
