Hornets Give Money; Whitfield Says Virus Hit Team

The impact of COVID-19 has impacted nearly everyone and every business, and the Charlotte Hornets are no different. They have seen their season abruptly halted, while at the same time having its arena employees unable to work. As a result, the Hornets have made charitable contributions to help those impacted the most by the virus, and has continued to pay all employees at Spectrum Center. Sadly, the coronavirus has also hit home with one of team's employees. In a one-on-one interview, Hornets President Fred Whitfield discussed all these topics and if the NBA will resume this year.
