In Raliegh Today for North Carolina State Board of Elections hearing on allegations of election fraud District 9 (Bladen & Robeson County). Protesters wait outside the building where the hearing is taking place. It's expected to last at least two days. Republican Mark Harris holds a slim lead over Democrat Dan McCready. At the end of the proceedings the board will either certify a winner or order a new election. Criminal investigations will continue after the hearing.
