Pat McCrory asked Attorney Bill Graham if there is a difference bewteen a "leaker' and a "whistleblower".
Graham, a partner at Wallace and Graham Law Office in Salisbury, NC explained that there is quite a distinction between the two.
A whistleblower who follows statutory procedure is afforded legal protection whereas a leaker is operating in the shadows.
Graham goes on to speculate that Adam Schiff would be removed form his position as Democratic head of the House Intelligence Committee
if it was determined that ealier conversations with the whistleblower were not formally reported.
