In the return of the McCrory Top 5, Pat McCrory counts down the top 5 issues currently facing North Carolina which have faded from the headlines but still remain an issue facing the citizens.

#5 Coal Ash:

McCrory states that despite the protests and headlines this topic received a few years ago, nothing has changes and the water standards are exactly the same as they were when he was in office.  But, where are the protesters?

#4 I-77 Toll Lanes:

Many believed that the I-77 was to become a toll road and Roy Cooper swore that he would pull the contract to complete the lane on his first day in office.  The contract remained and opening other toll lanes throughout the state is being explored.

#3 Hurricane Relief:

Despite people still suffering the effects from 2 major hurricanes, 90 percent of the funds granted by the Federal Government has yet to be spent.

 #2 The Pipeline:

"There was 57 million dollars requested of Duke Energy Corporation by the Cooper administration to gain permits for the pipeline. Initially it was said there was absolutely no correlation between the two, emails say otherwise" according to McCrory.

#1 Cooperation with ICE officials:

McCrory references recent news stories of illegal immigrants who have been released from custody by Mecklenburg County and have gone on the commit terrible crimes again instead of being remanded to ICE custody as requested.

McCrory concludes by saying "This is why you listen to the Pat McCrory Show, we're goinig to bring up issues that we won't forget in the future because the victims of crime deserve it.
