Nancy Pelosi blown out by salon set up

Nancy Pelosi said Wednesday she was "set up" by San Francisco's eSalon, where she's known to be a regular customer. The Speaker of the House was caught on videotape not wearing a mask while getting her hair done, which was a violation of the city’s COVID-19 restrictions.

“This salon owes me an apology,” Speaker Pelosi said in response “It was clearly a setup,” she said. “I take responsibility for falling for a setup by a neighborhood salon I’ve gone to for many years.”

One person highly-critical of Pelosi's undercover spa day, along with her treatment of the salon's ownership after the fallout was former North Carolina Governor Pat McCrory.

"(Pelosi) said she has been there many, many times. I wonder if she had been there in the past five months or six months since the virus."

McCrory believes Pelosi conveniently broke the law to slide into the hair salon for an appointment. The speaker mentioned her trust for the salon ownership was the reason she felt comfortable to go against restrictions with just her receiving service.

"One person at a time means the salon is open, which is against the law. Salons are closed in San Francisco." McCrory said.

The eSalon’s owner, Erica Kious, denies Pelosi’s top-notch treatment was a set up.

“I just thought about, you know, my staff and people not being able to work and make money and provide for their families. And if she’s in there comfortably, without a mask and feeling safe, then why are we shut down?” Kious told Fox News’ Tucker Carlson on Wednesday evening.
