WBT Radio host Pat McCrory joined NBC's Meet the Press on Sunday.

The former North Carolina Governor was one of four panelists to recap the events of the 2020 Republican National Convention and give a brief look ahead towards election day on Nov. 3.

Among the topics coming out of the GOP's historic week was safety inside the U.S. under the Trump Administration, and a general overview of where the country stands after both political conventions.

McCrory's second appearance on the nation's longest-running television show this year. He also provided commentary about the unrest across Minneapolis, Minn. following the death of George Floyd with host Chuck Todd and others in May.

When asked about the violent acts turning up in several American cities, McCrory summarized his prior thoughts.

"I gave warning. Do not underestimate the anarchist," McCrory said. "And I actually think a lot of democratic mayors and democrats Governors and even Joe Biden underestimated the anarchist."
