Sharon Thorsland

Sharon has been reporting on sports in Charlotte for over 15 years at WBT and with the Carolina Panthers.

She got her start with Florida State University, working on coaches shows and other athletic programming and at Fox Sports Florida before joining WBT.

Sharon has been on the sidelines of both college football and NFL games since 2007, working with ESPN Regional TV and the Panthers Radio Network.

She is a proud two-time graduate of the University of North Carolina and an avid Tar Heel fan.

Sharon and her husband Tony have three children, twins Sena and Gunnar, and younger brother Thor.
