This is John. Hey there rather other whereas at Thursday's regular big NFL football tonight. Who is at the jets to Washington dinner. The only real. Dow is up about 400 some odd points because. China trade talks. Are rumored. And the queen of soul. Died on the same day is the king a rock and roll. Now. He. Okay. OK okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. OK. Okay. Need them. It's okay. Hello. Okay. And. I'm believe I am right in saying that the last time Aretha Franklin ever appeared in Charlotte was a spirit square on the loose Magloire and clear. And you would say hot. It seemed like an awfully small venue for a retailer. On many of us saw or at Blumenthal don't theater many many moons ago. And that was a room that was more of a fitting for someone of that stature. But here are familiar if you listen to the show at all with this group in town called music with friends which is this. Organization has been put together by Hillary Farber. And I would think that anyone who was a member of a music with friends. Even if they go back to the initial year. You pay a subscription fee and then you pay a fee per year and in that year they bring in three concerts. Big names general. Steely Dan ness and his comment I if I start rattling off names all. But I mean he's he's had some unbelievable. Glenn fry. Unbelievable names that have come in and played to the members of this music with friends Charlotte chapter. And grit to Franklin was one of them. And in fact the Aretha Franklin. Appearance. Coincided. With another moment in musical history. And we'll talk to Larry farmer after the 330 news. And help bring us up to date on just are unbelievable story. Involving I believe Aretha Franklin's last time in Charlotte. So mom. We kinda have braced ourselves for the announcement ended game mode today about 10 o'clock this morning. And the. Tributes have been our role and in ever sense I saw one know on FaceBook from a Eric Clapton. So sad. Privileged to have lived and breathed the same air. At the same time. That her music healed the earth. It's pretty good I've seen some other quotes from other people and Tim Cook from apple. I don't know the corporate guys. Affiliation or Carole King. Who was. At the Kennedy senator I believe. Winner refill walked out and singer Carole King song blew her own way. All right she seemed generally moved that the queen of soul would be singing one of her. Songs. And Carol king writes today one life or legacy. So much love respect and gratitude Reston. So. Will us spend some time in 5 o'clock hour on the rethought I thought does save some of the music for the 5 o'clock crowd people that are Rolen home that are awestruck and offices all day long that are getting the word as the day goes on the retailer has passed. That would probably appreciate being able to hear some Aretha. Tunes but that doesn't mean you won't hear a couple between now and 5 o'clock in fact. Parade. Plays a small part in our kids first. Annual. Fund raiser celebration of kids. Because it's not Christmas season until we play joy to the world by Aretha. And both Johnson would tell you that and I'll tell you that an IA. You're just gonna have to forgive me if I. We'll play a Christmas song. About three and a half months premature. Aretha Franklin passed awaited day does the 41 anniversary of Elvis passing away same date. And we'll tell you that there is a vigil of family and friends standing around. The or room and a bad side of Jerry Klein and we're kind of expecting god that this is soon juries did today as well but don't. Though we were kind of expecting I'm a week ago that he had a day or two. And he's gonna defied the odds on all of that but to other Oreo a good many people have gathered to be with a jury today announced. I've I told the story on a couple of occasions about doing a jury. Well having been the promoter of the broader reach of Franklin to the Blumenthal and the bulk theater and before she would go on here do I get down on Minnesota hands and knees on the floor and count 50000 dollars cash. And little that I know that anybody nor is probably not ironic to anybody except. Those of us who Rivera. That the two principals in the room the concert promoter canning out cash in the performer. No watching the cash being counted out would pass if that's the way it turns out on the same day. But Aretha has passed and her story is voter unbelievably interest in. GA travel from the choir ever father's church to become. The. One of the titans of gospel in the queen of soul. She does on the same day as the king of rock and roll. The she was 76 years old pancreatic cancer is being blamed bio most publications today she was born in 1942. With the the daughter of Clarence love on. And roving preacher from Shelby. Mississippi. Her mother Barbara. Accomplished piano player and vocalist. Who works. At some point after they moved I think to a Detroit. Had been in new Yorker Brooklyn I think for a while. And moved to Detroit. And her father apparently was somewhat a before Lander were. And mom left dad. And moved back to. Wherever. And so was she was essentially her dad kind of raised her as a single parent although there are some. Accounts that to our mother had abandoned her and Aretha had written in recent years that that was not true that she saw or in the summer and that she would visit Brooklyn from time retirement. Or Detroit from time to time on so that her mom was still a presence in her life. She. You know the songs and you'll hear many of them on as the other day goes on she's the first woman to get into the rock and roll hall of fame. She got eighteen Grammy Awards. 75 million in 75 million. Sales worldwide. 112. Charted singles on Billboard Magazine. 77 hot 100 entries. Seventeen top ten pop singles. 100 R&B hits. Twenties number one R&B singles. She is the most charted a female artist in history. And she just had she could be prickly when she wanted to do but GA IG just had a presence onstage in a command and a voice. There was like no other. And one of the reasons that I played Intel you come back to me at the beginning of the show because to me it just kind of exhibits the full. Instrumental. And the chorus. Which had a lot to do with her sound. But just her. Interpretation of lyric. It just don't but it just never has been a bill vocalist like her probably never will be again. On the. Grammy lifetime achievement award. Kennedy Center honors in 1994. I'd many of you have written to me and said that the thing that sticks out most to you know was a reach those role in another blues Brothers movie. Where ever really did it's kind of you you've you've for you forget that that kind of opened her up to a brand new audience. And that version of staying. And we'll play that a little bit later on in the air show as well. So. Resume a new. Freeway of love his song of Susan dueled earlier today. Alexa. Play Aretha Franklin. You'll hear all sorts of stuff that you haven't heard ever on the radio deep cuts. Gospel and interesting no way to spend the morning. Sisters are doing it for themselves I heard today. She born in Memphis. Another kind of tied to decaying in fact I've got a piece here. That also play a little bit later on. Which is an Elvis and Aretha mash up. Back when they had the Hillsborough disaster. And the deliverable Liverpool football club they did attribute. The sort of been back in 1989. Where they had the semi final game between Liverpool. And Nottingham forest. Soccer game. And it resulted. In them openings and gates and this crush of fans. They're resulted in 96 fatalities and 766. People injured. One of the worst disasters in British sporting history. And at that time somebody took. Elvis singing you'll never walk alone. And Aretha. Singing you'll never walk alone. Which many of you remember from Jerry lewis' telethon. Dumb. And they mashed the Elvis in the Aretha versions together. And although I don't that I goers think of a good measure of job is almost being seamless and this isn't it. Considering that Elvis and Aretha both died on this the sixteenth day of march will play that little bit later on as. The dolphins offense as part of it goes ahead and take part in a hurry Carpio stamps run pass out. Pastor head coach Ron Rivera playing field. He dosage of about them make is there's a lot of people made a big deal about it from Muster support. It's been in the league for quite some time probably one of the guys. Did better and anybody really was Peyton Manning back in the day. And the idea behind the run pass option is for the quarterback to stick them on the go to the running back to write the running back towards the line of scrimmage but at the same time. She's reading coverage to. He's reading either safety or linebacker. That linebacker safety move a certain way there's a there's a receiver is supposed to work right behind him. So that at that linebacker or safety comes up he just ducks are right of the top of the guys had to take I stays back he hands off so what defense works well against our PO I discipline month. What's gonna happen is the linebackers have got to be disciplined they've got to stay in their areas. And then then the that the DBs that are coming down and the coverage have to be disciplined enough to be in the area so. Really it's more about whether you're playing disciplined football or not as opposed to a certain. Tougher coverage it'll be a great test for the cancer defense in pre season game number two with today's panther update Dick Nixon reporting. News talk 111099. Through. Telling Charlotte story it's. WPG. Doc when Larry farmer I think was what are offering. We talked him enough and there is sprinkle those two were Larry and good players in the world the killers are both good friends as well. Where's harbors a guy who many moons ago. Started day Agra the Leo. Well for lack of a better word a club. Called music with friends. And you pay a membership fee and then you pay an annual fee but myth that you get. To listen to three. Hall of fame concerts. Big time well one of them was Aretha. So got malaria on the line on the on the and on the day that Aretha has passed Taylor argument. Great job it's great to talk and I'm sorry there. We only live talk win lose these people of course special Ramallah earlier in N out experience with Aretha. Let's okay I'll come by a couple of weeks from now for dinner. Garrett or whatever warning that a got a they are read that story had there have been in first place that's that. I was thinking earlier a few more joined music with friends if you are one of the initial guys you guys have had a Glenn prize committee you've had unbelievable people would have come by but I would think. All of the prices of admission would have been worth the night with a wreath and then. When you set the special circumstances. That we're surrounded around out on animated especially. Special tell me about that night and and the days leading up to that night. Don know and it's colonel in the history of work he's recruit I don't. Remember people look at what's your favorite concert who has the best for Obama. And it's hard to say or not content. We talked about what was the single most memorable on short lived because of the circumstances. We work our performance there are so great that. Correcting ends and a manager at remembered understand the risks and I went over the leader tore matter reflected just that introduced ourselves. And norm. The venue which I'm so crawler McGlowan and don't let that we walker Rick and we are sitting in heaven you know congress opens now laugh and about an hour later. As the news comes on about what you bring Whitney are passing. And you know it was it was terrible currently but what I didn't know what that Tom was the connection between Oden got. And Whitney and there's been some. Dispute over the years where questions. I actual got bothered whether they. Welcome rod Beck Weathers moreover. There's not. She suddenly we're close to the Whitney that it was a devastating. I'm not so I got a call from her tormentors in February. I wouldn't have thought wouldn't it or you know a week that morning she just thought. I'd dear dear friend then. Really upset and I'm not certain available perform but. You know I wouldn't call her a couple hours and you know when her back well though it was something that I certainly on the statin. And instead act quickly try to think about that one. I think what has he. Actually living in the hand he says. Not at the well what I like it is that we first talked to her and empower better that you go to church. I hope Baptist Church we're better better way to Portland Tribune are are are perfectly. Through her music and he says. Good point and a couple hours later got a call it. That currently has gone and done or we could ask. One never crept and so when he says. Not if she Tressel who. Well then that's on the piano pay tribute says. The witness that oh mark catcher with network TV I'm memory a lot of time and so who haven't got a good background. I got to the show that day and we do. She did do sound check with the score great which he really lies. Well and and and department will be the story that's a little bit funny but with opera go to. I read that and how she's conducted her. There's not fly them there have been told by our court manicure and all the mergers that group will be behavior the core of our. Providing cash and so while there are 40000 quarter. I'm introduced you and I answered with this unbelievable agent knowing our current. And I brought him all that got under. And of course the first thing that it was. Care about. And call herb Geller how how much sought help belly up felt a European or famine. It's so great about it not you know at this I'm honored that you're still performing on even more honored. Pitcher in in this won't work out what even more so our camera out the bottom. We got the problem that are the only got you all right mark out against it out now I'm part of a letter to the rest of the money they reject. He takes the money does that big pocketbook errors usually go to Alan day. She does her normal hit about thirty minutes since just just stopped on right just stop and look what they haven't. And she looked at the urchins stained glass windows and should look guys. I hope you. Folks let them eat something that's so personal to me and and pay couldn't. The only way I know how to pay tribute to Whitney sort of music and since sat down at the piano. And chuck. I'm rehearsed with this no listener saying no it's an essay. It's just started crying and it was as though we've been brought out her early release of gospel music in a church in Detroit when this started. Thank god it praising the also Whitney's long been an end purchased. Talk about her love. And it went on for 1012 minutes. And everybody. More than gears and lose today it's a little things. Where at least it can console institute. I don't know until you experience it and it or others beyond. Anything that I experienced and I'm. And will it sort of cut rule because it was incredible memory. The or as a terrible ironies here one she's in town in two days before the concert because she doesn't fly. Otherwise she would have flown in the day before the day of the show had she done that she probably would have canceled the show. So she got in town already because she's on a bus because she'd that's how she travels is by bus. Well I want an end there as it turned out. You're the funeral was worse a few days longer and she was to appear at radio wouldn't McConnell and and and I think actually. She talked about that parents should talk to. Containment that I don't I thought were critically. That's not even god because. Have any sort of that night a lot of our best. You're exactly right she was in little extra Danish diplomatic bouts. And she. Terrible stuff like down the Charlotte. The other part of that better than tiger let's go but the other part of that is then you know I've talked about this my buddy Jerry Klein who also may be leaving us today. Now there's kind of a well vigil at his bedside I as well. But I was there the night he counted out fifty grand or her on the floor of the Blumenthal. Dressing room so that is standard procedure in this comes from all especially an awful lot of a former bull are our old drug African American. Acts that they used to get burned on such a regular business so this this goes back kind of the core of the old days when they would play concerts and not get paid. He has been on either end and merlot are respected that and he is cool because it makes. You know I'd go and sit there with the origin of all this and why. And silk who would look like. Like you are a throwback to history and those who understood and I had I think that you mentioned. Took the bus she never traveled up playing which prepare for playing in Europe and. I do if all kinds of money issue we've all heard him and India are are temporary lapse jobs. There was always. At least they're granny can't just order. We're paying me how hard and very. Your number that's same as saying fifty grand and understood that it a few years ago but we're memory and I want mr. act as I know everybody's lips. Yeah have slowly slowly planner music this afternoon like a cell play a lot of it in the 5 o'clock hour sewing get people out of their offices and not cause us to assume that's what they want to hear. Hey thank you for your time today appreciate much a look forward to seeing you soon and no music with friends dot com if you wanna know via. Now what this group is all about and and take a gander at may be joining it boy could be the best money ever spent Larry thank you. John always a pleasure our group puffy goes. This strolled through music was print web site. As protests and Devlin fry I don't think Glenn fry under Joseph Walsh was part of this could do all of these have to go via. Not try to give a free blood but I did tell news there's the need is a good deal when Saddam. You pay I and I don't have the money I don't have that boo boo I think you pay like a 15100. Dollar. Membership fee. And then there's a fee per year. But you get three concerts and I think there is like of cocktails some hundred orders and stuff before the show and they do a multiple on theater down their spirit square. And Rita was there one night America has done a Bonnie Raitt Baas Skaggs Chicago Crosby, Stills and Nash Darius Rucker Diana Ross earth wind and fire foreigner. George Benson and Alger row Steve Miller Steely Dan Smokey Robinson Sheryl Crow Norah Jones. This is like Guinness stood in and out in a room that sits what is doubted spurs were sit 600. No more than 800 I think it's more like 600. I'm Michael Bolton Michael McDonald log in to Messina Joseph Walsh who was there one night god gave you could if you are their for the Joseph Walsh on the Aretha Franklin show as far as I'm concerned. That's just pays for itself anybody that just went to see the Eagles recently. That concert isn't nearly as good if Joseph Walsh isn't playing with vehicles. He was the highlight of the whole show Jackson Browne played spirit square for music with friends part. Gladys Knight Steve Winwood to commodores The Doobie Brothers. Port tops temptations Vince Gill Willie Nelson. Now I'm Marie. Jo Walsh and Willie Nelson if you remember all the time then you sat there in a room with 600 people and watched these artists up close and personal. Easy top. Pretty good stuff music was from start comes to give me a free plug Dowell. Reject the latest on the you know Dow Jones Industrial Average but there was word today that at the end of this month the US in Beijing are going to have a meeting. Oh on no trade. And so the stock market's been pretty happy ever sense and as we approach the close it is up 375. Points it's pretty much been in that 400 range at all. Day long. So Los stocks sharply higher today on Wall Street following me no signs of progress in defusing the trade dispute between China and the United States. People encouraged to see that China's sending a trade envoy to Washington which would derby the first talks between the two countries since June. So the Dow. Almost immediately shot up to 400 points and the NASDAQ was way up in the S&P was way up. And as we. Approach five minutes away from being closed. The Dow is up 37513. Enter a 2553754. NASDAQ is up 25 point 57. Sits at 7797. Point 69 and the S&P is up today. I'm nineteen point 63. Sitting right now at 2838. Apple. Pro you Brazilian errors out there. Output two point 77 today has sits at 213. 01 so anyway that's what the stock market's doing today on mount on some positive words that to China and the United States will be talking later on. Well this month also some interesting news. From a financial standpoint out of her Fidelity Investments. Which are not with fidelity any longer because so my employer has moved to a vanguard against what we were with fidelity and many of your 401 k.s are no fidelity. And so for many of you may be Europe middle millionaires. Many of you who are saving for retirement during the second call. Order a 168000. People with 401K is managed by Fidelity Investments. Officially millionaires. Having at least a million dollars in their accounts at a record high it's also up 41%. From last year's number. Of a hundred in 191000. That's pretty healthy. Stock market's performance over the past year. Has that definitely helped retirement savers. The average 401K. Contribution rate not counting employer matches is eight point 6%. Which is a nearly ten year high the average 401K balance is about a 104000. Dollars just below 2017 all time high have a 104. 1300. Dollars. And fidelity also noted today that the number of eighteen to 34 year old contributing to an individual retirement account has increased. 19%. Compared to a year ago now. If you've got the discipline to leave that alone. And by that I mean. If you change employers transferred to your next moral one gay or whatever. Don't just cash out of it and spend the money. If you stay true to that you'd be you'll be stunned. By the time that you get to be 5060 some odd years old. How much you've accrued and compound interest and so on and so forth. But that's if you have the discipline to stay the course and don't get excited with the stock market going up and down stay the course and stay steady on your contributions. And contribute as much as you can. Jerry Richardson Dodd. His name will stay. The UNC football us stadium. Beauty. Chancellor made the announcement today confirmed that the university's board of trustees will honor the naming rights agreement with the Richardson there was a 2013 contract between Richardson and university it's worth about ten million dollars. A Bank of America Stadium as you well know has that thirteen foot statue of Richardson and David tepper the new owner is contractually obligated to keep that statue Greg there. And there's other. Images or. Things with the Richardson's name on and in other parts of Charlotte and no Spartanburg and Wofford were they just broke camp recently and know what happens to those long term I don't know but to other has been some speculation and questions as to whether or not the Jerry Richardson name would stay on the UNC Charlotte football stadium. And the latest word on this yes it will. Story out of Colorado. I just heard today that. Shannon walks used to live in Belmont. V a legend. The killer of Shannon. Wife. And two daughters. From. Used to live in Morrisville. Chris wants. They were married in Mecklenburg County on November 3 2012. Her parents live in Aberdeen. Which is just east of Charlotte down no. Penny and that Pinehurst to Southern Pines area I believe that's just this side of Fayetteville. In that area through there they were living in Frederick Colorado. Which is an area I know fairly well because when I joined in Denver I generally get out of Denver assessed as possible. And take the tolled roads to get to I 25 which is the highway that cuts right through those that are a Colorado. East to west from shy and downton Trinidad Colorado and and over worked on pass and in Mexico. But if you go north toward Cheyenne Wyoming from a Denver. Just before you get a long month Colorado. Is when you see Frederick and this is an area that used to be nothing but. Auto body shops and farmland. On and and racetrack at one time Vandermeer. But Frederick is one of these areas is kind of popped up the middle nowhere with a whole lot of new housing around. In fact Japan about the middle of nowhere and all the sudden you see a Lexus dealership out there. The whole lot. But you know if you see a Lexus dealership or a car dealership like that in itself the middle of nowhere that pretty much means that that's where the growth is coming because those guys don't just build those things. If I remember when none of the Infiniti dealership. Used to be out in the middle of nowhere on independence boulevard edit the top of the hill. And you always thought gosh why they put Infiniti dealership way out there well or is it now like right in the center of town. But anyway this is there's a North Carolina connection on this story that your hearing though with this a woman whose body has been found and now according to vote. Latest news that we just heard with Mike Doyle allegedly the two daughters have been found as well. And Shannon watts was fifteen weeks pregnant so. I don't know. North Carolina collection no connection in the state of Colorado alone all the Cuban my son of that. There were right thousand well not a thousand. There were. Well more than 340 newspapers today. Including the Charlotte Observer. Debt were doing editorials. Aimed at president Trump's repeated attacks on the media. And trump has responded. He said the wanted this is between the Boston Globe which was sold by the failing New York Times for one point three billion dollars plus 800 million dollars in losses and investment or two point one billion dollars. Was then sold by the times for one dollar. Now the globes and collusion with other papers on free press prove it. And then each weighted down a little bit later there is nothing that I would want more for our country than a true quote our capital letters Q3. Freedom of the press. He says that the fact tweets do it tweets that the fact a bit that the press is free capital letters. To write and say anything it wants. But much of what it says is capital letters fake news. Pushing a political agenda. Or just plain trying to hurt people capital letters again honesty wins. New York Times notes that Trump's first we'd contained a factual error saying that the times paid one point one billion for the Boston Globe and other properties decades ago but then sold them for seventy million dollars. In 23 Jane. So his one dollar was. But you pay one point one billion and then sell it to ups. Torres seventy million that's not a great investment. That would be like paying. Oh I don't know a 103 million dollars sure some radio properties and then eight years later saw on unfurl like 122 million dollars. Yeah if you did to you'd have to be a moron. To do somewhat down. There was an editorial in investors business daily el Wednesday are not Trump's side even used the same. Sid editorial collusion so they're using the C word do. Editorial collusion by dozens of newspapers proves trumps point. The media are biased. Any calls the move today by the newspapers. And political stunt and it was. That shows that the papers are more interest in pushing their left wing agenda than they actually informing the public. And actually over at. I'm. New Orleans. No law. Dot com there's a guy there by the name of ten more us and he writes. And notes that the times Picayune and apps that NO LA dot com is the times Picayune web site. He notes at their editorial board didn't participate because quote. We believe in local news organizations voice should be independent. And and having 350. Editorial voices saying the same thing on the same day just seems to prove trumps point. And maybe that they're right there is the key point though. With the whole back and forth how. Today that Aretha Franklin passed. We are I'm kind of holding back on play in Aretha music because I thought there may be I'd. Would duo little bit until like more than a few long in the 5 o'clock hour when people are driving home from work because I assume a lot of people are trapped in office buildings and on the word obviously he has said it trickled out to but I would think that. You turn on the radio station this afternoon of 5 o'clock and somebody is playing and Aretha song and I can't monitor everybody else but who's do what it. Well I'm I'm not there and totally disparage the radio in this town but who's doing that I would pay good you've probably got to other urban stations have a more about. So anyway we're gonna place tomorrow refer India 5 o'clock hour because I'm not so sure that's not what people wanna hear. We are Marty played and tell you come back to me we played that a little bit earlier. Mom it's been pointed out and a bit don't. And we were this is part of our revenues which is coming up in just few minutes. Elvis Presley died on the state. 41 years ago. Being a rock and roll. The queen of soul died today the king and the queen pass on the same day. Then we and cover that. Robert Johnson. King of the delta blues. Passed away on this day. So if you're aspiring musician. And this is your birthday. You know maybe you should. Reconsider your major. Babe Ruth. Died on this day. 1948. Elvis Presley. Aretha Franklin. Beirut. And I will tell you there's a vigil going on at a hospice and right now for our for jury. Claude. Who was born on the same day as. Rush Limbaugh. And Howard Stern. So if he passes today. Which we've been anticipating now for about eight or nine days. Well he would beekeepers are British company. Now it occurs to me that one of the songs that you won't hear anybody played today but we always open up the Christmas season. In fact it's not Christmas at WB to aid. For kids first season. Intel you here are three. There's an August. Premature for us we're judged as a -- version of George to the world go by Aretha Franklin you'll hear that again won't get all of those are good kids first to know December. Aretha Franklin did at the age of 76. 41 years after Elvis Presley passed and the same David blues great Robert Johnson died and no favorites as well. Whether you go to. All right I read the news today oh boy is coming up next 5 o'clock hour will free burgers are are Robert our our Larry Farber interview from a music with friends about the last time that. Aretha played Charlotte that was mood glowing theater. Spirits where. And we got so mom Aretha tunes for you in the 5 o'clock hour as well. Well what is turning out to bear out this story go August the sixteenth. The 41 anniversary of the death of Elvis and the death today of the queen of soul. On the same day that. Babe Ruth died in 1940. We'll be a public hearing to discuss the renaming of confederate avenue enough. Atlanta. This leaves street's probably have a rebel way that's probably not. But no other. Well you figure. Bryant avenue. Lincoln street. Grits boulevard. They don't. India is up planning its first space mission. No but what approach Tony Tony Jewell. According to our new study if you eat breakfast before you exercise in the morning you'll burn more carves. And a news study finds out that a lack of sleep can make people feel lonely. Smokers. You're better off quitting even with the weight gain if you quit smoking and you gain weight it may seem like you're trading one set of health problems for another but a new us study. And Harvard finds that you're actually better off in the long run compared with smokers even the quarters who would gain the most weight. At least a 50% better lower risk of dying prematurely from heart disease and other cause I'm telling you right now as an ex smokers smoked for thirty years. Motorola was that finally got my attention OY how well I got my head where I got it but it was the easiest thing I ever did when it finally quit. And it's. An yes I gave the way. But one of the things that I think got me to quit was I kept on via hearing. My smokers. Laugh on the radio. And so viewer pointed out to me as well although I would never admit you guys actually maybe the. I don't have smokers laugh anymore. And the fact of the matter is is that had I. Continue to smoke for the last fifteen or sixteen years god only knows where I would be it was. You can't and you can't quit. Not easy. But get something that'll get your attention but I and then we'll go do it. I don't signature head in the same place that I did mine and and just. Because there was when I finally made the ultimate decision I've finally decided I guess deepened my soul I was gonna quit smoking easiest thing ever did in fact it was so easy that's oil never smoke again because I know it will never be that easy again.
